A nationwide postering campaign aimed at promoting the use of domestically-made products has begunin Nepal, National News Agency RSS reported on Sunday.
The "Made in Nepal" campaign was initiated by the Nepal Youth Entrepreneurs Forum, and organizers expect it will generate love and passion for Nepali goods and services, the report said.
President of the forum Saurav Jyoti initiated the campaign by sticking a poster in the capital Saturday. The campaign will soon kick off in some other districts and cities as well, the RSS said.
The consumption and use of Nepali goods and services will also help upgrade domestic industries and service providers and thereby contribute to the national economy, the RSS said.
Considering the environmental aspect, the posters under the campaign will be put up at appropriate locations rather than on the streets and walls, the organizers said.
